Body hair: Unlikely to caused by something unusual but to be sure see your doctor and have some appropriate blood studies done.

Hirsutism: you are a 37 year old man who just became concerned about his body hair? Are you the only man in your family with your extent of body hair? If you are that much outside the norm for your family then there may be a hormonal imbalance but much more likely that it is genetic . I'm still not sure why suddenly become concerned at 37?
