Depends: Depends on what your goals are - to strengthen, rehab from injury, build muscle, overall conditioning. There any many exercises, with or without weights or therabands, and gym machines to use, from rows and lat pulldowns to help with upper back, biceps curls, triceps for upper arm, exercises for the chest, delts, etc.
