Many different cause: Generically, do not succumb, instead engage in vigorous aerobic exercise and even weight lifting. Evaluate possible infections, and vitamin deficiencies. Recognize that several medications may be playing a role. A physical therapist or personal trainer may well turn things around. Lastly, avoid withdrawal and becoming an invalid.
