?your question is?: Let's assume you suffered a stroke due to a localized thrombus, and have signs of more widespread ischemia. Thus, you should be using a medication to prevent future strokes, but not on your list. What do your docs feel is cause of your hemiparesis? Is it cardiac, or antiphospholipid antibody, etc? Are these lesions due to arteritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, sjogren's, lyme disease, etc?
