Resistance training: Some of this is genetic. Your best single exercise is the pushup. Do weights -- you'll want to go to the gym and do 3 sets of 10 reps of the most weight you can handle. Do others that build your triceps, even pushups. Ask your physician whether an electronic muscle stimulator (arms, not chest) and/or creatine are appropriate for you.
