Depends: How old are you, what other medical problems do you have, when does the sensation occur? Could be worrisome or could be anxiety.

Atypical symptoms: Your symptoms are not typical for heart problems. Still you should talk to your doctor about it. Depending on your age and other risk factors your doctor may recommend a stress test.
