Gastroenterologist: Consider visiting a gastroenterologist if this continues. The most common reason to have stomach upset is a virus, but that usually only lasts a few days. Gastritis ( inflammation of the stomach) and gastropathy (stomach irritation) are common causes of persistent stomach upset. You may need to be tested for helicobacter infection (bacteria which causes stomach inflammation). Feel better soon!
