Its an "unusual": presentation but this could be from irritation of a nerve innervating the upper abdomen and coming from a pinched nerve in your lower THORACIC spine! Any upper back pain???? Just a thought since the major intra-abdominal reasons appear "ruled out" Hope this helps! Dr Z
