See a surgeon: It sounds like the fistula did not heal; please see your primary care physician, who can refer you to a surgeon for definitive treatment. You may need antibiotics first.

See a surgeon: This may need to be opened up again or bigger than last time. Sometimes a simple treatment is not complete. Chances are this will not go away on it's own without proper treatment.
