I've had little black dots on my tongue for years. how would i be able to remove them.

Get examined: I personally think that just stating that you have a black spot in your tongue is going to help in the diagnosis of the situation and giving you the right help .. Please get examined by your dr or a dentist who has the knowledge of mouth lesions .. It could be furry tongue or something else ..
