Get examined: I personally think that just stating that you have a black spot in your tongue is going to help in the diagnosis of the situation and giving you the right help .. Please get examined by your dr or a dentist who has the knowledge of mouth lesions .. It could be furry tongue or something else ..

See your Dentist: "Little black dots" is not a diagnosis. Must determine diagnosis in order to provide correct treatment. Your Dentist, or an Oral Surgeon, should be able to discuss treatment options with you.
