That sounds like: You would not be pregnant if you got a normal period. You would have had to ovulate 2 weeks late then skip your period to be pregnant!

No: A fertilized egg needs about 7 days to develop in the fallopian tube before arriving in the uterus and implanting. 1 day prior to menses, the egg is already in the uterus and won't be developed enough to implant even if fertilized.
