Yes: Depending on the length of your menstrual cycle, when ovulation has occurred, and many other factors that may alter the cycle, including medications and stress, it is possible to get pregnant one week before your expected period.

Yes: Two weeks prior to the onset of a menstrual period is actually the most fertile time in the menstrual cycle. This usually occurs on cycle 16-18 if you count the first day of your period as cycle day 1.

Always possible: Yes: if unprotected; although unlikely. You are most fertile 2 weeks after the start of your last cycle.

Ovulation: Yes. Ovulation can occur at various times based on when the egg is ready to be released. The follicular phase of the menstrual cycle can vary (this is the phase before ovulation) which can cause ovulation to occur (and chances of pregnancy) at different times. The luteal phase, the last 14 days is more fixed, so one can calculate when the ovulated by count backward from onset of period.

Ovulation: Yes. Of course. Ovulation, the release of a new egg happens just shy of half way through your cycle. The sperm left in the vagina on any of the five days leading up to ovulation can cause pregnancy.
