Relationships: I would need more information, but I am not sure if these are related. A disc bulge in the spine would likely not be related to a bulge in your foot. A pinched nerve from a herniated disc can cause pain, numbness or even weakness affecting the foot, but usually not bulges.

Foot bulge: I agree with dr. Colen. From the standpoint of your foot, common 'bulges' may be a plantar fibroma if its on the bottom of your foot and is firm but not bony. This is a benign mass with a scar tissue like consistency. Otherwise it really depends on specifically where the bulge is located. I would go see my colleague dr. William r. Adams in paducah.
