Many possibilities: There are many, many possibilities. You should see your doctor about this. A short list includes infections, appendicitis, constipation, irritable bowel, inflammatory bowel, pregnancy, ovarian cyst, and the list goes on and on.

See ur pediatrician : There are many things that can cause this, including your period, your G.I. Tract, food sensitivities, indigestion, stomach flu, stress and other things that your pediatrician can ask more questions about regarding your medical/ social/ family/ and sexual history, and examine you, and run tests. That together will give you both a better diagnosis.
