Hemmorhoids: It is a very common problem, not to worry. Can be related to either constipation or diarrhea. Hemorrhoids should be evaluated by a colo-rectal or general surgeon you will require dietary, bathroom habit modifications and sometimes office based procedures if medical management is ineffective.

Regularly: Not straining and breath holding which can cause protrusion. Also have your bm prior so rectum empty.

Breathing.: In general, hemorrhoids or not, when weight training we should breathe out when moving the weight (pushing or pulling) and breathe in when returning the weight to the starting position.
