Possible infection: If there is no other obvious cause for fever, i would be concerned about an urinary tract infection related to the indwelling stent. Discuss the fever with your urologist.

Possible urinary infection: Ureteral stents in and of themselves do not cause fever's. Your stone may have been treated with eswl or by cystoscopy, ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy. Prophylactic antibiotics are often used at the time of the procedure and at the discretion of the urologist are continued. You are presently on ciprofloxacin. If you have an infection is it resistant to the cipro? Call md in A.M.
