No: After knee arthroscopy for partial meniscectomy( repair less likely) rom and strengthening can often be done by the patient. We instruct our patients in bending their knee, leg lifts( straight leg raises) and often exersise bike use. Occassionally some patients will need a structured therapy program to regain motion and strength.Best of luck'.
