Very common: Hard to say if the pressure is caused by the baby's head or just enlarging uterus, however pelvic pressure is very common during pregnancy. I strongly recommend a call or visit with your OB provider within 1 week.

See an OB-GYN: You need some more advice and counsel from an obstetrician. I'm surprised no one at the er did not give you more information about what this finding means.
