A member asked:

Slight pressure/tingling sensation on top of head it changes location by an inch or two... i took paracetamol which did nothing... do i have to go to a hospital? if so then what type of tests should i ask for?began 13 days ago& few hours after waking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Head tingling: I don't think you'll have to go to the emergency room for these symptoms. They can be caused by scalp pathology or by an irritable superficial scalp nerve. Consult your physician or a neurologist for evaluation and any appropriate tests deemed advisable will be ordered
