What's the question?: If you have had a urinary tract infection you need to be seen and evaluated by a urologist. Your description of arousal without ejaculation is unclear and not sure what the problem is. Think this over and rephrase the question.

See urologist: There are many causes of difficulty in urination, not all are infections and not all respond to antibiotics. See a urologist for better advise on whats causing you thiesprobllem.
