Ideas: I would call the dentist and see if they will prescribe antibiotics. If that doesn't work, you mightconsider going to a local urgent care and let them look and see if they think antibiotics are warranted.

Call: Call another dentist, an endodotist, or an oral surgeon who can make arrangements to see you quickly. This is not a diy project. Otcs ineffective for tooth infection.
