Muscle tension : Pressure on the muscle bodies that could be triggering the headaches may relieve your headache . Massage can also help as well as warm shower to relax the muscle. Watch to see if you awake with headache or they come on with stress. These will respond better to relation techniques and if frequent Botox may be a consideration.
