Varied symptoms: This is difficult. It sounds as if you may have more than a single issue and from what you have provided there is little way in which to give you satisfactory answers because would need more info and a detailed exam. Write everything down along with the sequence in which they occurred and their possible relationship and take it with you to see your pcp. Good luck and hope this clears soon.
