Options: You have several options. 1) you can live with it 2) you can go to any larger brassiere shop and they will have a stock of inserts to equalize the size under clothes. 3) depending upon your goal you can enlarge the small one or reduce the larger under surgery. You might discuss this with your gynecologist who can offer advice.
