I been clearin my throat to talk due to mucous for 8 years now n it became really swollen, is this possible to reverse back to normal or healed wrong?

Need evaluation: It's impossible to answer with prognosis, without a basic evaluation of the problem. You have a symptom that's bothering you, and consulting an ENT physician in person could provide useful information that answers your question much better. You could have some allergies causing chronic post-nasal drip, or other issues contributing to your problem. Please see an ENT physician.
