Pain, infx, anxiety: The pain or any possible infection, and or the anxiety caused by the broken tooth would be more likely to raise blood pressure, not the actual break itself. Best wishes.

Fracture, no: But if tooth becomes infected, and infection spreads beyond the tooth to the circulatory system, possibly. In all likely hood you need both a dentist to treat your oral health issues and a physician to treat your hypertension. Both can be quite serious and require immediate attention.

2 separate condition: These two conditions should be addressed separately. 1 Broken tooth -- see a dentist for evaluation, x-ray and treatment. 2. High blood pressure-- see your primary care physician for consultation, tests and treatment.
