See your doctor: He/she will normalize your blood pressure for you.

Extractions & HBP: Get a referral to a good oral surgeon in your area. They are able to sedate you and keep your blood pressure leveled during surgery. If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, you need to get it under control by seeing your medical doctor first. Have your medical doctor and dentist communicate with each other to find the best safe way to treat you.

See specialist: Your dentist is prudent. He has your best interests at heart. Ask him to refer you to a specialist, an oral surgeon, whois trained to treat patients with your list of problems. If necessary, surgery can be done in or surrounded by hospital support staff.
