Yes: People get hairs on and near their nipples. People are also free to yank the hairs out, if bothered by the hairs. They usually grow back again, and have to be plucked again. If a girl or woman thinks she is getting too much body hair, compared to her friends and classmates, she can see her primary care doctor to make sure all is well.
