I got my ears pierces (ear lob) 2 weeks ago and today i noticed that i got like very very small bumps around my ear, please help?

Cannot say for sure: Are these bumps itchy? If you are putting an antibiotic ointment around the site for your ears were pierced and these bumps are itchy you may be allergic to the ointment and i would stop using it immediately. And over the counter cream with Hydrocortisone 1% per cent used twice daily would help if these bumps are painful i would see a doctor.
