No specific temperat: Having a kidney stone or a stone in the ureter does not have to lead to an elevated temperature. If you have an obstructing stone moderate to severe pain in the flank or abdominal region with associated nausea or vomiting is common. Fevers will occur if there is infected urine present with an obstructing stone. Fevers may be low-grade 99 to 100.5 or high-grade 100.5 - 102. Suggest being evaluate.
