No change : The NuvaRing doesn't have much of an effect on infertility after discontinuation. The only birth control that has been proven to have a lasting effect is the depot provera (medroxyprogesterone). Any given cycle has about a 20% chance of conception. So at age 19 it could take 5-6 months before pregnancy and that would be normal.
