Could be serious: Even with the minimal info the risk factors are great. Could be due to dm neuropathy, cardiac, vitamin deff[due to alcohol], BP not controlled. Could also be due to medications being used to treat the underlying conditions. Beta-blockers can cause raynaud's phenom, he is at risk of stroke, etc. Therefore needs to see internist , maybe specialists, e.G neurology, endocrine, cardio, ?Surgeons?
