Doubt It: I would think this is something completely unrelated. Plus, if you indeed had parkinson's, the involuntary movements would not go away.

Likely not from: Parkinson's which is a disease of the older folks. Yours could be from benign familial tremors, benign muscle twitching, electrolyte imbalance, stress related etc. http://m.wisegeek.org/what-causes-twitching-fingers.htm.
