That amount,not much: But very few people stick with smoking so few cigarettes for long (although some do). In fact, so few people smoke that little that i cannot find any studies of it, but the overall consensus is that there is a very low likelihood of problems (but not zero) with that low a level of exposure. Keep in mind that other low exposures (like second hand smoke) are associated with higher rates of cancer.
