Congrats: Set a quit date, prepare your house/car for it (clean them up, including windows, get smoke smell out), get rid of ashtrays etc. Avoid friends who smoke and/or ask them not to smoke in your presence. Best results are with a formal support program if they are available in your country, and the use of medications -nicotine replacement, bupropion and varenicline (chantix), if available. Good luck!
