You don't want to control smoking, you should stop smoking. Nicotine replacement therapy is a start. Try nicotine gum, patch, lozenges, spray ,and inhaler and medications, ZYBAN and CHANTIX. Long term smoking leads to lung cancer and oral cancers. Your betel nut chewing can also lead to oral cancer.
