Neuropathy?: Your doc can tell you if you have a little neuropathy (nerve damage) there, although that's usually numb, not so much painful. That manifests mostly in hands and feet and with diabetics and folks who have had chemo. He/she can treat you. A natural approach is Alpha lipoic acid at high dose. Peace and good health.
