I have a twisted nerve in my uppet left shoulder with inflamation. what should i do to take care of thid pain.

Is: It really twisted, is it really a nerve? Perhaps the nerves within some of your shoulder ligaments are irritated by some bony growth in your shoulder. Exam- x-ray-mri- pt- surgeon and not necessarily in that order.
