Not really: Although there are few drug interactions between Mobic (meloxicam) and losartan it is very common practice to prescribe both medications simultaneously. If you experience any side effects contact your pcp immediately and express your health questions or concerns. Hope it helps.

There is interaction: Meloxicam can decrease the antihypertensive effects of losartan. You should monitor your blood pressure while taking it. Also both medications can increase your potassium in the blood. If you decide to take Meloxicam or any other anti inflammatory you need to monitor your blood pressure, potassium levels and kidney function. Discuss with your doctor any other alternatives.
