URIs: You should be examined by an ENT doctor to be appropriately assessed. You may well have developed an allergy which has not yet been diagnosed. The diagnosis of sinusitis is one usually made clinically without need for testing. Nasal speech, congestion, facial swelling, purulent discharge, tenderness over face, etc. See a doctor..
