BXO: Bxo is a condition of the skin of unknown etiology which causes loss of elasticity of the foreskin leading to phimosis and can extend to the glans penis and urethra causing meatal stenosis and urethral strictures. Most of the time the treatment is surgical. Steroids are usually unsuccessful.
