ADHD: Adhd is a neurobehavioral disorder characterized by inattetion, distractability, impulsivity, and hyperactivity., all behaviors that are more frequent and severe than typically observed in children of the same developmental age. Symptoms must persist for at least 6 months, occur before 7 yrs of age, and be evident in 2 or more settings. Differential diagnosis is broad.

ADHD Symptoms: Attention deficit; hyperactivity disorder: short attention span (distractibility, impulsiveness) and being overly active.
