Unrelated need eval: The bump on the ?Palm side of hand is likely dupiytrena contracture which is a growth of scar on the tendons that bend fingers. As it worsens needs treatment. Now there is an injection that may bypass surgery. See a hand surgeon to confirm. Not related to fractures shoulder in any case.
