No: You list that you are on doxycycline. You need to take it twice daily for at least 7 days to have successful cure. You should also get a test of cure in 1 month after completing the medication. Some chlamydia are resistant to doxycycline. You must use condoms regardless of whether you are cured or not. You don't want to get another infection. Good luck.

7 days for all oral.: For most of chlamydial infections, a 7-day course of any oral antibiotics such as tetracycline, doxycycline, erythromycin, etc. Is required. But how successful it can be remains uncertain because no antibiotics can gives 100% success resulting from various reasons such as resistant strain or patient compliance or partner's care and contact. Treatment/Chlamydia: There are different treatment regimens for chlamydia 1single dose of azithromycine 1 grm 2doxycycline 100mgm twice daily for 7 days alternating regimen erythromycine base 500mgm 4 times a day for 7 days or erythromycine ethylsuccinate800mgm4times a day orally or levofloxine 500mgm daily for 7 days or ofloxacin300mgm twice a day for 7days.
