You don't need it: Chlamydia urethritis is treated with 1 dose of 1 gram of azithromycin. It seems that you have already taken much more than is needed cure this type of chlamydial infection. This drug has a long half life and will be actively treating your infection for more than 5 days after your last dose. I don't understand your reference to alcohol. Alcohol does not affect azithromycin.
