Multiple possibiliti: It could be a cyst and the needle used to aspirated it didn't reach or penetrate the cyst. This is fairly easy to do so more likely it is a solid lesion. Solid breast lesions in a young person like you is most likely a benign fibroadenoma. A surgeon can best determine what it is. It may or may not need a biopsy.
