Migraines: Try to learn more about what triggers your migraines. Suggest you get book by carolyn bernstein called the migraine brain: breakthrough guides to fewer headaches and good health. Available at amazon.Com and other outlets. Under $10. Read this carefully, over and over as it can be of great help.

Consider your jaw.: Most people aren't aware that headaches, even horrible migraine like headaches, are from pain in their jaw muscles. These muscles extend from the front, around the side, to the back of the head and down the neck. These muscles and more get very strained for various reasons and are actually what most headaches are. One of the most common causes is clenching while sleeping, also stressing the tmj.
