Doctor can help: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see what might be the concerns. Having hand pain when doing some sort of acupressure doesn't mean anything in modern medicine... So it doesn't mean one has heart disease, kidney disease, lung disease, or any internal organ disease. However, if parts of the hand or fingers hurt when pressed (not pressing too hard), one's doctor can check for hand inflammation.
