Abnormal labs: Both the tests you mention can have effects on your periods. Hyperthyroidism (which goes along with a low TSH level), and a low estrogen count can both have a casual effect on your menstrual cycle. You need to follow-up with your gyn and an endocrinologist to evaluate your lab work further and treat you accordingly. Best wishes.
