What units?: You need to find out what the unit of measure was for your testosterone level. It is usually measured as nanograms per deciliter (ng/dl) but is sometimes measured as nanomole per liter (nmol/l). If your level was 24 nmol/l that would be 692 ng/dl. If your level was 24 ng/dl, that is very low and needs further evaluation.
